We are sad to announce that on July 11, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Betty Lou Richardson Kulp (Salisbury, Maryland), born in Willards, Maryland. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Welton Richardson and Allene Conaway. She is survived by: her children, Christina Westover of Stafford, VA and Dr. W. David Kulp, III (Heather Kimmel) of Falls Church, VA; and her grandchildren, Rachel, Nathan Kulp, Jake and Lexi Westover. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in memory of Betty Lou to the Soroptimist International of Salisbury, MD, PO Box 2134, Salisbury, MD 21802.
