He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Cleveland and Dorothy Cleveland. He is survived by: his wife Rita Cleveland; his sons, David Henry and Steven Sebastian (Jesse Cleveland); and his grandchildren, Jordyn, Mia, Orly and Louis. He is also survived by his son's, their wives, his grandchildren and his extended family.
