He was predeceased by: his parents, Honorata Arroyo and Segundo Juan Arroyo; and his brother Jose Arroyo. He is survived by: his children, Rosalinda Toval (Dario), Carlos D. Arroyo (Tasha Kay) and Cassandra N. Arroyo; his grandchildren, Dario, Lorenzo, Gisella Toval, Elliot and Carlos Jacob Arroyo; and his siblings, Jorge Arroyo (Marybel) of Peru and Miriam Poe (Edward) of Carroll County. He is also survived by 5 nephews and 3 nieces.
