He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Frances Naomi Boulter; and his sisters, Jean Dowling and Ethel Toulson. He is survived by: his wife Gerda Boulter (Mary); his sister Nelda LeCompte; his children, Pam (Kelly) and James (Kelly); his grandsons, Kurtis and Luke; and his pet Molly. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
