He was predeceased by: his son William Patrick Ticer; and his half-brother Harold Ticer. He is survived by: his spouse Brenda Ticer; his grandson Damien Patrick Ticer; his brothers, Tom Ticer of Colorado and Robert Ticer of Florida; and his half-sister Paula Natz of Utah. He is also survived by two nephews and a niece.
