He is survived by: his granddaughter Shamell Jenkins (Cleveland); his children, Elder Ronnie Briddell (Minister Tanya) of Harrisburg, PA, Pastor Dowayne Blount of Harrisburg, PA, Bobby Briddell (Naomi) of Lebanon, PA, Drexel (Marilyn) of Pocomoke, MD and Royce Briddell of Berlin, MD; his goddaughter Darla Purnell; his sons, Derrick and Carlos Spence; and his siblings, Otho, Tom, Evelyn, Marshall, Theodore, Emily and Thelma Purnell. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great-grandchildren.
