He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C. of Westminster and Doris Hale of Westminster; and his brother David Hale of Catonsville. He is survived by: his sister Charlotte Keeney of Manchester, MD; his brother-in-law Ronald Keeney of Manchester, MD; his sister Kelly Hale of Parkville, MD; his sister-in-law Linda Dickerson of Parkville, MD; his sister Robin Farinholt of Owings Mills; and also Linda Wooten of Pocomoke City.
