He was predeceased by: his parent Asher Parsons; his wife Oneida Marriner Parsons; and his siblings, Alice Johns, Dorothy Parks and Ralph Parsons.
He is survived by: his parent Ruth Saunders Parsons; his son Mark E. Parsons of Pocomoke City, MD; and his siblings, Donald S. Parsons (Elsie) of Salisbury, MD and Rosa Bean of Salisbury, MD. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
