Rebecca Mae Winch Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rebecca Mae Winch (Pocomoke City, Maryland), who passed away on April 28, 2018 at the age of 78. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rebecca Mae Winch to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parent Webster Howard; her brother Prentiss Howard; and her husbands, Randolph Tindle and Ira Winch. She is survived by: her parent Rebecca Figgs Howard; her sons, Wayne Tindle and Glenn Tindle (Catherine); her grandson Evan; her brother David Howard (Diane) of Pocomoke City, MD; her sister-in-law Nancy Howard of Hudson, FL; and also, Ramona Dickerson (Howard) and John Howard Payne. She is also survived by one nephew and three nieces.
