It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rachel M. Carlton Tuthill (Pocomoke City, Maryland), born in Tyaskin, Maryland, who passed away on April 12, 2018, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Ada Horner Kirwan; her former husbands, Harvey Carlton and Charles Tuthill; her granddaughter Cristin Carlton; her stepsons, Brian Tuthill and Wayne Tuthill; and her siblings, Frank Kirwan, Cindy Elza and Diane Bennett.

She is survived by: her parent Clinton Kirwan; her sons, John H. Carlton and Harvey R. Carlton; her stepchildren, David Tuthill and Elizabeth Johnson; and her siblings, Jeff Kirwan, Mike Kirwan and Georgia Colona. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and 13 great- grandchildren.
