Adams; her children, Neil F Adams (Shelly) of Snow Hill, MD and Shannon M Chapman (Eddie) of Pocomoke City, MD; her grandchildren, Jonathan C. Adams, Zachary N. Adams, Anna J. Adams, Lauren F. Chapman and Michael C. Chapman; and her siblings, Eddie Procaccio and Cheryl Laurence. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
