We are sad to announce that on January 30, 2019, at the age of 70, Robert Harvey (Perry Hall, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Jane Harvey; his children, Joseph Harvey, James Harvey, Gloria Scott and Stacie O'Mann; his stepchildren, Patricia Louk, Richard Watson, Jack Watson and Robert Watson Jr.; and his siblings, Betty Krivosh, James Harvey and Judy Harvey-Sanderlin. He was also cherished by 24 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
