She was predeceased by: her husband Frederick E. Bell, Sr.; and her son Frederick E. Bell, Jr. (Martha). She is survived by: her son David A. Bell (Michelle); her sister Jean Pompanio; her daughters-in-law, Joan Franklin and Deborah Bell; and her grandchildren, Mary Bell, Frederick'Ricky'Bell and Jennifer Andres. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Stallings Funeral Home (3111 Mountain Rd, Pasadena, MD 21122). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
