He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Parsons and Radia M. Parsons (Palmer); and his siblings, Charles, Cleoria Collins and Margaret Fitzgerald.
He is survived by: his children, Valarie Nichols of Pocomoke, Carol Richardson (George) of Willards and Steven Parsons (Lisa) of Parsonsburg; and his siblings, Lewis Parsons of Pittsville and Cheryl Briddell of Princess Anne. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
