It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Agnes C. Gismondi of Parsonsburg, Maryland, born in Sea Cliff, New York, who passed away on January 23, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Cantlay and Agnes McIlveen Cantlay; her husband Joseph Nicholas Gismondi; and her sister Isabella C. Clark. She is survived by: her children, Nancy Gismondi of Delmar, MD, Beth Gismondi of Berlin, MD, Anne Savage (William) of Salisbury, MD and Nicholas Gismondi (Gidget) of Parsonsburg, MD; her grandchildren, Sarah Newhouse of Philadelphia, PA, Tessa Cauley (Jeff) of Parkville, MD, Joseph Newhouse of Deptford, NJ, Kelly Wells (David) of Mardela Springs, MD, Nicholas W. Gismondi of Salisbury, MD and Cole Gismondi (Whitney) of Virginia Beach, VA; her brother William Cantlay (Geri) of Princess Anne, MD; her sister-in-law Gloria Calvano of Salisbury; and her great grandchildren, Connor, Reagan, Noah, Chloe, Flynn and Evelyn. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
