He was predeceased by: his sister Ann Perim; and his parents, David Peisach and Rebecca Peisach. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Peisach; his children, Jeffrey Peisach (Nancy), Gary Peisach (Betsy) and Darlene Siegel (Richard); his sister Shelly Banks; his grandchildren, Amy Peisach (Christine Jones), Erin Famulare (Robert), Daniel Peisach (Nicole), Emily Stern (Steve), Brian Peisach (Jen), Diana Solomon (Ryan), Rachel Showalter (Steven), Elyssa Siegel and Derek Siegel; and his great grandchildren, Liam Famulare, Noella Peisach, Ryleigh Stern, Cole Stern, Jamie Peisach, Laine Solomon, Wesley Showalter and Ezra Showalter.
