He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bollack and Grace Bollack (Spangler); and his brother Joseph Bollack. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Bollack (Thelma); his children, Sharon Hillis (Robert), Donna Benvenuto (Frank) and Edwin R. Bollack; his grandchildren, Cory Hillis (Racquel), Gregory Hillis, Amy Wright (Mike Detmer), Kasey Farley, Lindsay Moran (Mike), Brooke Cwiek (Kurtis), Frank Benvenuto (Haley Martin) and Mark Bollack; and his great grandchildren, Hannah Farley, Grayson Hillis, Kyra Farley, Kaila Wright, Kyler Hillis, Logan Moran, Alyssa Farley, Kirra Wright, Anya Moran, Madison Hillis and Gardner Cwiek.
