He was predeceased by: his parents, Luis Caceres and Maria Mercedes Martinez; his wife Sylvia Caceres; and his siblings, Maria, Rosa, Marta and Luis Caceres.
He is survived by: his children, Carlos E. Caceres Jr. of Ocean City, MD, Maria Contreras of Vancouver, BC and Sylvia Abushaikha of Clarksburg, MD; his sons-in-law, Sergio and Raouf; and his sister Olga Caceres. He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
