She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Edward Lescalleet and Rita Johnson (Gouker); her husband Franklin Richard Powell; and her daughter-in-law Betty Powell. She is survived by: her children, Sharon "Sheri" Soistman (Charles Soistman), Kathleen Powell and Franklin R. Powell, Jr.; and her siblings, Ralph Lescalleet, Jr., Robert Lescalleet, Kenneth Lescalleet, Wayne Lescalleet and Lorraine Davis. She is also survived by six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
