He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Hughes. He is survived by: his children, Richard R. Hughes Jr. (Karen) and Carlee Healy (Ray Agnello); his grandchildren, Richard R. Hughes III, Riley Hughes, Kayley Hughes, Mark Healy Jr. (Brittany) and Matthew Healy; his great grandchildren, Addison, Braelynn and Mark Healy III; and his sister Hope Ward (Colin). He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
Services will be held at a later date due to the COVID pandemic.
