She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Patrick Charles Toole; her children, Mary Alice Adams (Michael) and Mollie Jane Tang (Nelson); her grandchildren, Zachary M. Adams, Spencer G. Adams, Samantha Jane Tang and Christopher N. Tang; and her siblings, Eugene Parrett, Dolores Barnes, William Parrett, Sue Ann Simmons, Lorraine Price and Raymond "Buddy" Parrett. She was also cherished by extended family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mary Jane's name to the American Diabetes Association, 2451 Crystal Drive, Ste. 900, Arlington, VA 22202.
