He was predeceased by: his wife Anna May Moscati; and his sister Irene Taylor. He is survived by: his children, Anna, Joanne Greenberg (Dave) of Perry Hall, MD and Joseph W. Moscati (Jeanne Turner) of Silver Spring, MD; his grandchildren, David Greenberg, Sarah Greenberg and Morgan Moscati (George Marshall); and his brother Robert W. Moscati of Catonsville, MD..

As Joe was proud of all who served in the military, the family asks that in lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Fisher House Foundation.
