He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Oberender and Beatrice Oberender. He is survived by: his wife Lois Oberender; his sons, Alvin Oberender III (Kelly), Dale Oberender (Barbara), Ronald Oberender (Donna) and Mark Oberender (Karen); and his siblings, Maxine Seyboth, David Oberender (Alice) and Richard Oberender. He is also survived by his six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; and his nieces and nephews.
