He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas J.. He is survived by: his parent Navaretta Magner Sr (Brown); his wife Jean Magner; his daughters, Nancy Hagquist of Dallas, TX, Linda J. Magner of Newark and Kathleen Magner-Rios (Robert Pasquale) of Wilmington; and his sisters, Dorothy Pratt of Dover, Marion Conroy of Newtown Square, PA and Mary Burke of Smyrna. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Tom's name to Immaculate Conception Outreach, 455 Bow St, Elkton, MD 21921.
