He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester T. Black and Beulah Mae Curfman Black. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Graham Black; his children, Dennis Black (Cindi) of Thurmont and Sharyn Green (Michael) of New Windsor; his grandchildren, Kristen Bell, Nicole Keller (Jay), Tyler Black, Courtney and Lindsey Green; and his brother Richard Black (Marlene) of New Windsor. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
