She was predeceased by: her husband Robert M. N. Crosby; her son R. M. Nelson Crosby; her parents, Alfred P. "Hap" Ramsey and Marion Pickard Ramsey; and her sister Nancy Ann Ramsey.

She is survived by: her children, Susan Crosby Taliaferro of Parkton and A. P. Ramsey Crosby.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Sarah's name may be made to The Arc Baltimore, 7215 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212-1528 or Ladew Gardens, 3434 Jarrettsville Pike, Monkton, MD 21111.
