He was predeceased by: his spouse Carol Ann Lease; and his sibling Bonnie. He is survived by: his child Michelle Whitley; his grandchild Mackenzie Ann; his siblings, Theresa and Richard; and his sibling-in-law Neil Howser. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
