He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Preston Scarbro and Evelyn Elsie Stover. He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peggy" Scarbro; and his children, Christopher A. Scarbro (Amy), Angela Scarbro Welch (Eric) and Chris Adwell Musser.
