We are sad to announce that on July 29, 2021, at the age of 89, Ruth R. Pumphrey of Millersville, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Charles W. Pumphrey. She is survived by : her children, Karen C. Deming of Crofton, Kathy Pisciotta, Pueblo, CO, Lee Ann Brown of Austin, TX, Charles F. Pumphrey of South Carolina and Michael D. Ryan of Selbyville, DE.. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
