He is survived by: his stepparent Thomas Warnick; his son Jestin Llewellyn (Kendra Trimble); his mother Frances of Warnick; his sister Lisa Llewellyn; his half-sister Robin Shumate; his stepsisters, Susan Polock and Gail Shingler; his nieces, Baylee Ziler and Marlee Shumate; his nephew Mark Shumate; his aunts and uncles, Kenny Jacobs, Julie, Fred Loar, Randy Jacobs, Karen, Irene Shingler, Elaine Jacobs, Phyllis Kyle, Wilma Jacobs, Nancy Bradley and Janet Slayton; his close friends, Nancy Hamilton, Connie Ritchie, Hank Halbritter, Margaret Hostetler, Billy Bob Beeman and Duane Beeman; and also, Mark, Shelby, Donna, Sharon, Frankie, Jessey, Jason, Jeremy, Dennis, Brian, Kelly, Heather, Randy, Stephanie, Lindsay, Crimson and Cheyenne.
