He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Debra Rowley and Warren Rowley; his children, Connor, Kole and Justin Rowley; his siblings, Christina Rowley-Porter, Laura Rowley, Steve Porter and Floyd Moore; and his nieces and nephews, Steven Porter, Jr., Jonathan Porter, Kyleigh Moore and Kamden Moore.
Wayne was a homebody, totally unaffected by Covid, because he enjoyed just staying home!
