He was predeceased by: his wife Patsy McDavit; his parents, Patrick Casey and Lena Casey; and his uncle Edward Goad. He is survived by: his children, John Jr. (Lisa) and Paula Herring (Casey); his great grandchildren, Paul (Cindy), Chloe, Chris, Matt, Valerie, Alex (Alyssa) and Sydney; and his nieces, Jeanie Lambert and Laura Parks. He is also survived by great-nieces, cousins and friends.
