She was predeceased by: her parents, Bessie Bartlett and Gilbert Bartlett; her husband Albert Kowalewski; and her siblings, Edith, Bob and Russell.

She is survived by: her children, Richard, Cheryl, Dale, Rex and Dusty. She is also survived by spouses; 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
