She is survived by: her children, Phil Jr. and Diane; her brother Butch Kaminski; her grandchildren, Donovan, Brittany, Cortney and Lonnie; her great grandchildren, Jordan Jr., Trinity, Isiah, Elijah and Hudson; and also Phil Lange Sr.. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
