He was predeceased by: his mother Audrey Ann Gilmore Blass; his grandmother Edith Blass; his uncles, Glenn Blass, Frank Gilmore and David Dziuba; and his aunt Virginia Steiner.
He is survived by: his father Evrand Rozelle Blass of Lexington Park; and his aunts and uncles, Joel, Linda Gilmore of Newark, Annette Dziuba, Peg Gilmore and John Gilmore. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews, and by many friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Matthew House of Auburn, New York, or the charity of one's choice in Jeremy's name.
