It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Alberta Rhoades of Lexington Park, Maryland, born in Winthrop, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 13, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Ford and Augusta Ford (Smith); her son Steven E. Mercier; and her sisters, Norma Kelly, Alice Waldrop and Peggy Boudreau.
She is survived by: her friend Breton Bay; her son Timothy R. Mercier; her daughter-in-law Carey E. Mercier of Leonardtown, MD; her grandchildren, Ryan Mercier of Accokeek, MD, Lindsay Mercier of Sutton, MA, Marissa Mercier of Port Tobacco, MD and Brendan Mercier of California, MD; and her great grandchild Korie O'Brien. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
