He is survived by: his close friend Charlie; his son Dale "DJ" E. Russell, Jr. (Sarah) of Hollywood, MD; his brother Mark S. Russell of Flowery Branch, GA.; and his grandsons, Teddy and Lucas Russell. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
