He was predeceased by: his father James Michael Dean. He is survived by: his mother Lillie Mae Green of Lexington Park, MD; his wife Sheila Ann Dean; his daughter Jessica Dean of Lexington Park, MD; his stepson Dale Russell, Jr. (Sarah); his grandson Theodore; and his siblings, James Dean, Jr. (Billie Jo), Bradley Dean (Frances), Edna Marie Stokes (Nathan) and Thomas Edward Dean (Amber).
