He was predeceased by: his spouse Ruth E. Horn. He is survived by: his children, Dale Horn, James Horn and Terri Ann Warder; his grandchildren, Laura, Alisa, Matthew, Kimberly and Steven; and his great grandchildren, Emma, Katelynn and Aiden.
