He was predeceased by: his parents, Merritt Price and Jessie Price; his siblings, Annabelle Price, Pat Edler and Ray Price; his brother-in-law Bobby Edler; and his grandson Erik Hardy.
He is survived by: his spouse Sandra; his children, Heather Kendall (Mark) of Rock Hall, Dana Price (T. J.) of Greensboro, Matthew Lam (Missy) of Ingleside and Brian Lam of Millington; his siblings, Jerry Price (Carolyn) of Camden, DE and Debbie Hudson (Rick) of Chestertown, MD; and his grandchildren, Jay, Jesse, Kayleigh, Colby, Katelyn, Travis, Brianna and Brendon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and beloved extended family.
