He was predeceased by: his parents, Genaro Mazzei and Rose Colello Mazzei; and his wife Sandra. He is survived by: his children, Sabrina of Berlin, MD and John (Elizabeth) of Wisconsin; and his brother Gerald Mazzei. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
