He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edward and Mildred Dugan (Piper); and his brother Roger Lee Ritchie. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy E. Dugan (Lynch); his daughters, Billie Jean Fischer and Lisa S. Weller (Darrin) of Hancock; his siblings, Dellann Fultz of Cumberland, Joy Martin of Cumberland, Gary, Hal Ritchie and Larry Ritchie of Cumberland; his grandsons, Brandon William Fischer, Sr. of Chicago, Ill and Luke Weller of Hancock; and his great grandchildren, Natalie Fischer and Brandon William Fischer, Jr..
