He is survived by: his father Michael Lee Keefer; his girlfriend Ruth A. Bikle of Hagerstown, MD; his siblings, Christy L. Ray (Timothy E. Ray) of Warfordsburg, PA and Scott L. Keefer (Kate A. Keefer) of Hancock, MD; his sons, Daniel Keefer and Jaycob Keefer; and his nieces and nephews, Timothy M. Ray, Michael J. Keefer, Leah K. Keefer and Cierra M. Ray.
