She was predeceased by: her father Clifford J. Simmons. She is survived by: her mother Marlene E. Simmons (Hammond) of Chaneysville; her boyfriend Richard Ritz of Warfordsburg, PA; her daughter Michele Miller (Jason) of New Paris; her grandchildren, Olivia and Owen Miller; and her sister Cindy Miller (Terry) of Schellsburg.
