He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Elwood Younker and Pansy Marie Younker Coonrod (Walls); his wife Alma Grace Younker (Coonrod); his granddaughter Crystal Fox; and his great grandchild Angel Truax.
He is survived by: his children, Carol A. Fox (Wink) of Hancock, Linda M. Summers (Gary) of Williamsport, Peggy L. Fox (Roger) of Berkeley Springs, W. V, James R. Younker (Patty) of Smithsburg and Steven L. Younker (Barbara) of Hancock. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; four sisters; and three brothers.
