She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph B. Westnedge and Nora Allene Westnedge (Lane); and her siblings, Allene L. Olmo and Joseph B. Westnedge, II. She is survived by: her husband Mark W. Mann; her children, Patti A. Appel (Mark) of Berkeley Springs, W. V and Bernard Briggs, Jr. of Austin Tex; her grandchildren, Bernie, Beau, Lilly, Rose, Lauren (Joey) and Zachary (Heather); her brother Richard Westnedge of Oka; her niece Valerie Kyle of Hagerstown; and her nephews, Sean Olmo of Calif, Mike Grawn of Hagerstown and Steve Grawn of Mich.
