Carbaugh of Hedgesville, WV and Christopher Carbaugh (Audrey) of East Berlin, PA; her siblings, Lori Barton (Donald) of Hagerstown, MD and Bradley Neisser (Beth) of Hagerstown, MD; and her grandchildren, Addison Sabine and Landon Standifer.
