He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Luther and Daisy Pearl Karns Barker; and his siblings, Junior, Ralph Barker, Frances Moss, Anna Bell McCumbee and Julia Mae Cunningham.
He is survived by: his wife Pauline E. Clingerman Barker of Hancock; his son Richard T Barker of Hancock; and his brother Ronald Lee Barker of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
