He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Franklin and Dorothy Suella Corbett True; and his wife Mona Louise Diehl True. He is survived by: his children, Tina Davison (Danny) of Berkeley Springs, WV and James W. "Skip" True, Jr. (Tammy) of Hancock; his siblings, Irene Little of Hagerstown, MD, John True and Doug True of Hagerstown; and his grandchildren, Corey True, Chasity Fink, Derek Hoffman, Matthew Davison and Brooke Davison. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
