He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest L. Fink and Mildred I. Fink (Divelbliss); and his siblings, Evelyn D. Faith, Shelvie Jean Starliper, Ezra E. Divelbliss, Sr., Ernest W. Fink, Herbert H. Fink, Wilbur R. Fink and Dennis Fink.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Arlene Fink (Barnhart); his children, James Franklin Fink, Jr. (Mary) of Hancock and Stacey Lynn McKinney (Joe) of Inwood, W. V; his grandson Joshua Lynn Fink of Berkeley Springs, W. V; his great grandchild Avarie R. Fink; and his stepgrandchildren, Katie McKinney, Jewell McCarty, Jonathan Barker and Michael Munson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his name may be made to Hospice of Washington County, or the American Cancer Society.
